I’m delighted to announce that I’ve just joined myprosperity as Chief Revenue Officer to help steer the company through this exciting phase of growth.

How did I get here?

Adapting to specific industry needs has been a rewarding process for personal growth, working with brands like Ansett Australia, Vodafone, Deloitte and more recently MYOB. The roles that I loved owning and leading were about creating new business units, strategic sales channels, and building client advocacy.

It is the passion, challenge and energy required to embrace these transformations, acknowledge small wins, and ultimately be rewarded by the change that I have enjoyed the most. As a result, I decided I wanted to take this experience and embed myself within a fast growth company where we can collectively make a difference.

Why did I choose myprosperity?

First, I believe in the solution and the impact it can have on transforming the current state of operations in the industry. I recently changed my adviser, and the process of sharing details of my net worth was manual and time consuming. I also have to admit I am that client – you know the one: the shocking type, who rarely reviews updates and needs to be held accountable.

myprosperity is changing the industry. For someone such as myself, who is visually motivated, the client portal and real time information really transforms the relationship with my adviser.

Secondly, the role and opportunity were too good to pass on. I am fortunate to join myprosperity at a time when the industry and regulatory environment is embarking on a series of big changes. The need for client engagement and the importance of acting in the best interests of clients are paramount now more than ever. To have the opportunity to lead a team and help our partners own this transformation by changing their relationship with clients like me, is very exciting.

Last but not least, the culture of myprosperity really influenced my decision to accept the role. It was evident from my early engagements that the company has a unique vibe: energetic, built on values of respect and innovation, channelled to solve real problems. They are a passionate group who firmly believe they can help shape and support the industry’s transformation.
