Rebranding for success

What is rebranding? And why do it? Rebranding is all about creating a new brand personality. It usually involves overhauling the company’s name, design, identity and image. A brand should be a reflection of your firm’s mission, vision, and build trust with clients.

Accounting firm Inspire CA’s brand transformation saw them move away from a conventional accounting brand to a reinvigorated brand full of personality that embodied their mission to “make an impact”.

Engaging with content marketing

Content marketing should attract people to your website, capture leads and be at the heart of your marketing strategy. Webinars, ebooks and whitepapers are all examples of content marketing which can add value to clients, build company reputation, drive traffic to your website and capture the details of those sought-after leads!

Spring Financial Group and More Time Financial are two great examples of firms that have strong content marketing strategies. TIP: As a general rule, content should be created at each stage of the buyer’s journey: outreach (brand awareness), conversation (convincing customers), closing (conversion) and retention (loyalty).

Raising awareness with social media

No longer a passing trend, social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter can be powerful channels to increase brand awareness.

Inspire CA is a great example of how firms can leverage Facebook to engage with their clients through a dedicated Facebook community. User created content can be really powerful on social media and do wonders for your brand. Inspire CA’s recent tax-saving Facebook campaign is a great example of user-generated content and how it can help turn clients into your biggest advocates.
