Orginally hailing from the land of the maple leaf, Karen completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University before moving into accounting for a decade. Karen spent 8 years with Banklink/MYOB in a senior consulting role helping firms move clients to cloud based systems.

I joined myprosperity Jan 2017.

What’s does a typical day look like for a Partner Enablement Manager?
A typical day involves training, support, sales support, material review, client communication and lots of coffee.

What do you like to hear most about the product?
It’s great to hear about how the product has aided in making advice and service better for our clients. I also like to hear clients talk about how the product is embraced by the end-user.

What are you mainly working on at the moment?
I’m currently working on assisting our newer partners with setting up and onboarding their clients. I am also working with many of existing partners, helping them with the resources and tips/tricks to keep them on track with their rollout of myprosperity to their clients.

What do you like to do outside office hours?
I love spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren. I also enjoy nights out with friends or a quiet night in with a good movie and glass of wine or vodka.
